~~~~Instructions~~~~ To use it, open Windows Explorer and browse to:
C:\WINDOWS\resources\themes\
Open the folder name that is your currently applied theme. IF you're using the default XP theme, it's called Luna.
Open the Shell folder. Open the subfolder corrosponding to the subtheme you're using (in the default case it is Normal).
Copy and paste the file into this folder. If an error is encountered, then change the theme into Classic theme (through Display Properties) and try again.
Change it back to XP theme (or your custom one if you're using one).
NOTE: If the file keeps getting replaced, go to [link] and use it to stop Windows XP from autochecking for modified system files. (Use at own risk, though there are false positives sometimes detected.)
